you seem to be forgetting he has to *use* the power - oddly he often forgets
when it would actually help....  clearly there isn't an aptitude test to be
a hero....

Yeah, but the dispatcher was slow of mind, as any fool can plainly see, so
his thoughts were delayed until after Parkman left. Unles you mean that
Cartman from South Park also has ESP, which is a thought almost as scary as
Groo himself!
