[Groop] Groo H. O. E. # 3 Commemoration

I think to commemorate the issuing of the third H. O. E. we should make Grooper Pooper Scoopers with Groo's face on one side holding his nose and Rufferto on the other making poo (the poo doesn't have to be shown).  All that would be required would be the stickers.  I don't have a dog, but I could follow a stray to use the Grooper Pooper Scooper.  Here's a link to one that could be used for picking up more than just poo:
