[Groop] Texas Groo Plates

I got the New Zealand Groo plates .... and I figure as long as I live and drive in Saudi Arabia and leave them in a cupboard in NZ then they can't wreak no havoc on me !!!

Q - Of all those with Groo plates, how many have driven their car intentionally WITHOUT a rufferto effigy (aka licensed product) in the car at the time to prevent it sinking ?

I never tested it, I used the Rufferto trading card in my Groo-mobile at ALL times.

  Personalized license plates here in Texas are a rarity.  You hardly ever see them anywhere.  In Virginia I would see them everywhere.  But around here hardly anyone has them.

    Same. New York State issues motor vehicle licenses, plates and registrations. The City is part of the State and doesn't get involved.
