I too do not have a complete set of the individual issues yet, either.
However shipping to the great white north has skyrocketed lately and
slowed down my search. Am now trying to familiarize myself with the
local shops, of which I am woefully ignorant, so that I may continue
the hunt.

Okay... and back to lurking. My one annual post has been taken care of!
