[Groop] Groo Cards

Hey Porter & Nick!

Promethea is right! $150 for a set is ridicules, as is $50 for an IG card.
Especially from a total stranger. If your going to be gouged for Groo
cards, at least be gouged by a fellow Groopie!

Seriously though, I'm not sure anymore what the "market" price is. The last
set to sell on ebay went for $82 I think. But they have gone for over $100.
That's the way things go on ebay. The going price was $50 for a number of
years, but that was quite a while ago.

The IG cards have been all over the board. They went for $15-$25 for a
while. Right now there is a set individually up on ebay (along with a
Sketch card) and the bids are at from $1.48 (John Snyger) to $16.65 (Jeff
Smith) and the Sketch card is only up to $102.50 with 3 days to go. I think
the guy selling the Sketch card is the guy who bought it a few months ago
for just under $900. $500 or so is more typical, so it will be interesting
to see what it goes for. And the poor guy from Puerto Rico with the Two
Sketch cards (one from a pack and one from Sergio) is still trying to sell
them for $1000.

I keep forgetting that Tone pulled a Sketch card from pack. (Way to go you
lucky #$%^&*!) Did we ever get a list of Groopies who have Sketch cards? I
wonder what percentage of the 50 we have.

Anywho, I've babbled on to long about cards. Take care all

Gary G.
