[Groop] Card me...

Hey Eli!

I hate to break it to you, but $50 won't get you a drawing. I don't think he's sold anything for that small an amount in quite a number of years. And when he did it was a sale to a girl or for someone's girl friend of Rufferto holding a flower (and then he'd personalize it by putting the girl's name in a thought bubble).

The lowest price I saw two years ago was a drawing of Groo & Rufferto for $125. I think you could get a nice drawing of Groo and Red Sonja for $200, but even that could be low because I haven't seen what he's selling stuff for in almost two years. Plus, non-standard characters cost more. Prices go up. When he first started selling pages from Image & Dark Horse Groo they were $250. In 2007 they were $500. That's just the way it goes.

Subject: [Groop] Card me...

The Groo card ad says there are 500 signed cards.  Are these signed cards different from the regular set cards or are they just signed regular set cards?

The Red Sonja comics w/ the blank covers have a space of 5" x 7" where Senor Sergio can draw Red Sonja and Groo.  How much would that cost? $100 sounds high to me. I think $50 should get me a nice small drawing. Has no one else given him a blank cover comic to draw on?

I'll give you a barrel of cheese dip tomorrow for a Groo sketch card today.
