[Groop] Bul (Cool) Moose Party

In Rhode Island, we had the Cool Moose Party. The last major seat a Cool
Moose member ran was for Lt. Governor. If he won, he would have abolished
the position (Yes, I voted for him). I think Groo would have made a great
Cool Moose.

Actually, Groo wanted to join the Bull Moose Party, but when he found out he
didn't get to kill and eat bull moose (mooses? meese?)  he quit and founded
the Warm Pork Party, pulling enough folks with him from the Bull Moose Party
to cause Teddy Roosevelt to lose the 1912 presidential election.
