There may be some official resistence to that -> if it's on the internet then why would anybody pay K to be there live (which misses the point that many fans want to see their heroes in the flesh just like they will always want a printed comic but unfortunately there will be a reduction in attendance from the less dedicated).
Personally speaking, I would stay up all night to watch it.
