[Groop] Custom Chakaal figure

Jason,
	No we have not looked at mini bicycle charms. They sound like my
wife would find them to be magically delicious though. :)
	Actually, she has been trying to keep as much of the figures
made of felt as possible. The sheaths and removable swords she made for
the Groo figure were made of felt. She did cave to using wire/thread for
the Minstrel's instrument because spinning a non-breaking thin felt line
would be close to impossible. She also relented on using small actual
jingle bells for the Minstrel's Jester hat too, but that somehow seemed
appropriate for her to do.
	I will certainly suggest the idea to my wife... then maybe I
might actually see a completed Minstrel figure before the end of the
decade. :)
