Well.... maybe not such a good deal. #1-- it costs almost $3 per day more  
than the cost of parking ($10), and #2, the parking is not reserved: "All  
parking shall be on an unreserved, first come, first served basis." #1 
wouldn't  be so bad if the $3 "handling fee" was applied only once for all the 
days  wanted, but the way it is set up, you have to pay for each day 
individually....
