I was flipping through my copy of The International Book of Comics by Denis
Gifford (1984 - Hamlyn Publishing). 

It's a short history of different types of comics. Good for a primer of the
older comics and some obscure areas.

Under the Sword & Sorcery: "By Crom!" heading is the cover to PC's Groo #1.
In the last paragraph the author laments about the good art but low-quality
dialogue, sighting a line from Red Sonja. The last line is "Sergio Aragones
hits the right tone in his Groo the Wanderer (1982): "My rump is killing me.
God, how I hate horses!" "
