Hi Folks!
 
Usually I have a nifty Excell spread sheet listing everything that I get for everyone, how much it cost to mail it, and how much all the packaging and tape cost divided by the number of folks I've sent stuff to.  Between work being crazy and everything else I never got a chance to do that nor have I had a chance to tell individual folks how much the owe me (I know some of you have asked.)  
 
I'll be getting that all organized soon enough, but if you add $5 or so to the postal costs I listed in previous e-mails (or the amount on the postal tag on the package) and  that should pretty much cover it.  Plus the $100 for the book from the folks who bought the regular edition.  Plus the cost of the few other things I bought for a few other folks.
