I'm afraid there is no chance of Sergio going back east for the rest of the calendar year.  Maybe by next year.  And my guess is that when he does go back east again he won't be lugging those books around.  He'll probably sell his "comps," which he had not yet received, at Comic-Con 2013 and any other con he drives to, but not one he flies to.  
 
Your best bet at this point is to keep an eye on the IDW website to see how they plan on selling the 60 or so LTD Editions that were left at the Con.  Or order the $100 version.  Then wait for Sergio to come to someplace you can attend and bring the book with you for him to sign.

After all this positive feedback,I'm beginning to regret not ordering this book, (and also giving some more heavy lifting to Gary).
 
Any chance Sergio will come by the East Coast this year with a few of these?  Baltimore perhaps?

Hi Groopies,
 
I just wanted to say I recieved my IDW nearly 2 days ago, postage speed seemingly beating Sweden? and Canada which I was surprised at considering  how far I am away.
 
Anyway big thanks to Gary, magnificent job on the packaging, Even my box the book come in was in pristine condition.
 
Not a bad price for such a lush book, the cost of 6 lithos (LTD ed anyway)
