[Groop] Groop Digest Makes Long Message

Do I really need to say it again? Apparently so. Charlie asked a
question, and with it, he copied to the group the ENTIRE digest
(which didn't even have ANYTHING to do with his question.

Then Ryan answered him, and didn't copy the entire digest.

But Gary (we love ya Gary but....) also answered the question, and
again copied the entire digest.

Now remember, I have already received my own copy of everything that
was in that digest. So now I have it all THREE times. And it makes it
REALLY hard to find the NEW stuff that people have said, when it's
all buried in two more copies of the stuff I've already read once.
(And when my internet connection is slow, it take a long time to read!)
