[Groop] Another IDW Groo Book Update

Hi Folks!
 
Good news!!  Juan Carlos found out that if you want the Limited Edition version, but already ordered the Regular Edition, you can cancel your old order, for which you will receive a refund or course, and order the Limited Edition version.  (They do it that way rather than just charge another $50.  Doing it that way makes more sense from an accounting standpoint.)  
 
So anyone who was ticked that they ordered the Regular Edition before they knew there was a Limited Edition can now rectify the situation.  Yea!  
 
So far, we have ordered 16 Limited Editions and Dr. Rage wants a Regular Edition.   Plus I am still waiting for official word from Dr. Bubble, Yoda, Ross, Elle, David, and Chris, (who will probably order 2)!  And anyone else of course!  
 
The order numbers so far are 100007994 to 100008082.  So they have received less than 100 orders since our first one.  On the one hand, many of those might not be orders for the Groo Ltd. Edition book. Certainly at least some of them are not.  On the other hand, some that are orders for the Ltd. Ed. book are probaby orders for 2 and our first order probably wasn't the first overall.  
 
So there you go.  I'm hoping to get the postage figured out in advance and hoping to get IDW to give me a supply of the boxes they use to ship the books if they don't already come with one.  Also, if they are distributed at the Con already boxed up (I've asked if that's the case) I assume everyone wants me to open the boxes so Sergio can personalize them before I reseal them and send them off.
