[Groop] Octopus Poster for Stan & Sharon

Um, not $5 per poster. He did it for $5 at Sac-Con, but I thought that was too little. Minimum $10 per poster plus $5 for shipping. And some folks sent more than $10. I think the total posters is in the 80's. I'll let you all know the exact numbers when I get everything done.

So hmm... roughly $1000, at $5 per poster (recommended price for Sergio to sign)... equals 200 posters he's signing for you / us? That's a lot of finger-waggling for Senor Aragones. He'd better get started soon!

Seriously though, fantastic job gang! I'm proud to be a member of this little club.

And ... I now have something besides bills to look forward to when the USPS pulls up at my door! Hmm, Washington to Maine... that might give me something to look forward to for quite a few weeks, at the rate the USPS operates... :)

Thanks again, Gary!

Hi Tom!

I have received most folks' donations and Sergio is sending me the prints today, so I should be sending them out next week. I won't know the exact amount we raised until I add up the packaging and postage costs, but it should be over $1,000! Way to go guys!

Hi Gary!

I know you're busy, but was curious if you could give us a quick update on these posters? Has everyone gotten their kopins to you yet? Do you have a total for Stan and family? Again, not trying to push you, just curious.

Thanks again,
Tom

Hi Folks!

I know I didn't set a deadline, but I would like to get this squared away and there are still about 20 folks who said they wanted a print but haven't sent in their donations. The info is below. Thanks,

Gary G.

.

As for "shipping and handling, "I think the simplest thing will be for everyone to add $5 to their donation. That should be plenty to cover packaging and mailing and of course any extra will just be that much more for Stan and Sharon.

You can send your donation to me anyway you want. I know most of you use Paypal. Just remember to mark it as a gift so they don't charge you the fee. (Alex A. did this already.) My Paypal address is grossfamm at comcast.net. For those who want to send a check my address is:

This is all really cool and when I get the the total we send to Stan I'll let you know. Take care all,

Gary G.
