<DIV>Seeing as Cerebus is nearing it's final issue 300, I've bought a few more of the trade paperbacks... it's been getting a lot of flack since Dave Sim came out with anti-feminist rants, but I'd rather just analyze the work itself than the man behind us.</DIV>

<DIV>The only constant in my tastes in comics is Groo... I've been buying the whole collection slowly and steadily since I was in grade school, an issue here and an issue there (except the recent Dark Horse issues, which I buy as soon as they come out). The concept and the character is just one of the tightest I'd ever seen, as an aspiring cartoonist it's one of those things I go "jeez! I wish I would have thought of that!" because it's an idea you can work within for the rest of your life.</DIV>
