<DIV><FONT face="Comic Sans MS">It has been, by some. And, I think there are a few "download for a price" sites, where royalties ARE paid to the appropriate persons/companies. It may get to a point where you can sign on to, say, Sony, and pay to download whatever your fav artist has produced-- and leave off the stuff you don't want. Might be some quality issues-- I would think that pro recording equipment would producer a better CD, tape, whatever than a personal desktop computer. And for those who pay for online time by the minute, it may not "pay" to do it yourself.</FONT></DIV>
