<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I thought I would give a Groo Sighting Update just
before the Con. There is a tiny Groo & Rufferto in MAD #468 and a
pickled Groo in the latest (July 24th) issue of the Weekly World
News . It's the one with the T-Rex on the cover. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Also, last week was International Groo
Week!!! (At least for me.) On Thursday I received three Spanish
Groos from <STRONG>Great Groopie and good buddy Rene Pita</STRONG>. These
are very strange, in that they are kind of pseudo trade paperbacks. There
was a set of 24 re-reprints of the Epics 1-24 (w/original covers) and apparently
some retailers requested that they be bound in groups of six. I wasn't
sure wether to count them as separate publications or not. But thanks to
the <STRONG>ever vigilent and cool guy Groopie Steve Hubbell</STRONG> spotting
them and Rene, I now have all 4. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The, the very next day, I received another Greek
Groo from....Greece, of course. It's the Groo Library TPB. That makes
#4. And my Greek contact told they should be coming out regularly!!!
Far out!</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Take care all. See a few of you in a couple
days. </FONT></DIV>
