<body class='hmmessage'>Along with the Dark Horse Extra, I also got a copy of Amazing Heroes 99, which has an interview with Sergio. It is always interesting to hear his stories, but I find the time-capsule aspect of it most fascinating. To read old comic news magazines, now made almost obsolete by the internet, and hear the stories being commented on as they are occurring (for example, negotiating the Marvel contract, getting Eclipse to release the Groo Special), stories that most of us would have never heard at the time, makes me quite nostalgic. Especially when it reminds me of a time when Groo was being released monthly.<br><br>The other thing I noticed while flipping through the articles is that there was a lot of bad Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle knock offs. I remember some of the more "famous" rip offs, but wow, did the industry indulge.
