<BR>I have Louisiana. I checked and I have the rights to them. I was going to reregister them but I couldn't find the plates at the time(2006). It may be time to put them back on the green civic again.<BR>

I also have Texas which I got back in 2003 for three years. I was guessing they are available again except the ones I have no longer have a year. Texas registration is now on the windshield and the plates I have just say Groo with no year. <BR>
