<p class=MsoNormal>Well, as you know I am a tax man for the Washington State Department
of Revenue and I’m one of the peons in the division that works with the
legislature and the Gov.’s office on state tax legislation stuff. I’m
sort of at the bottom of the top. And like most states, Washington has a
budget crisis and as a result, not only is the legislature coming up with more
wacked out ideas than usual, but they are going to take extra days hashing them
out!!<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>This means I must spend more time thinking about taxes and
less time thinking about Groo!!! Horrors!! I have an idea for
how to take care of things, which I will put in a haiku, since that seems to be
the preferred method of conveying ideas amongst the Groop these days: <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>State Legislature<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Going into overtime<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Actually, the legislature reminds me of a bunch of
Groos. Kind of like that scene in Epic #21 where there are dozens of
Groos and eventually they all start calling each other names and fraying.
Yeah, that’s the state legislature all right. A bunch of Groo
Brains! Oh, well…<o:p></o:p></p>
