Another lurker comes out of hiding...<br><br>I don't have any actual Groos is plain sight... in part because I don't own any artifacts beyond my comic book collection, which mostly lives in comics storage boxes under the desk except when it's time to read.<br><br>BUT....<br><br>What I do have up in my office at work is an art project from my 6-year-old son from last Father's Day. They put a picture of us in the middle, then the kids decorate the paper frame. Amidst the "Storybook Summer 2009" motif is a drawing my son did of Pipil Khan yelling, "Gwoooooo! I woathe GWOOOOOOO!"<br><br>I'm going to go ahead and count that. So, one.<br><br>Brian V.<br><br><hr id="stopSpelling">Date: Mon, 15 Mar 2010 13:18:18 -0700<br>From: GaryG@DOR.WA.GOV<br>To: groop@groo.com<br>Subject: [Groop] How Many Groos?<br><br>

<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: blue;">Hi Folks!</span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 6pt; color: blue;"> </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: blue;">Here is a random
silly question: </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 6pt; color: blue;"> </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: blue;">How many Groo drawings
or artifacts are in plain sight in the room you are in right now? </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 6pt; color: blue;"> </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: blue;">If I was at home
my answer would be hundreds. But here in my office, things are a little
more subdued. (Unfortunately) However, Groo is definitely in
evidence. There are at least 16 Groos, depending on how you count
them. There are my office copies of the Dark Horse Groo statue and PVC
set. I’m only counting those as 2, but the tin and box they come in
have a number of Groo drawings on them. </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 6pt; color: blue;"> </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: blue;">Does anybody else
have Groo at their workplace? (btw, I also have a PVC Popeye set
and three Gorillas, one of whom is wearing a King Kong tie that Larry would
kill for.) (Or if not kill, at least climb a very tall building.) </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 6pt; color: blue;"> </span></p>
<p class="ecxMsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: blue;">Back to work
(Sigh!) Take care all, Gary G. </span></p>
