The important thing is that we keep it as simple as possible for you. As soon as you've heard from enough folks on the 'consensus shipping rate' let me know and I'll drop a check (for the appropriate, agreed-upon amount) in the mail . . .<br><br>Also, I noticed that some people let IDW know that you were picking the book up on their behalf. Is this something I should have done?
