We know it's been quite a while since you've heard from us, but we've been
busy for the past few months working hard to bring you more unforgettable
experiences. As we announce our new events, clubs and artists over the next
few months you'll understand why we've been so elusive. So, with that said,
let's start the show...

First off, we want to thank everyone again for making broken: A New Year
Celebration an enormously successful event. The pure amount of positive
comments and praise is truly unbelievable, and definitely appreciated. You
guys rock!

~ FLUX ANNOUNCES THE FORMATION OF FOUNDATION ENTERTAINMENT (FOUND8TION)

FLUX promotions, the electronic music event promotions group founded in the
Midwest in 1995, announces the launch of Foundation Entertainment
(founD8tion), a new electronic music oriented company that will be based out
of Los Angeles.

FLUX promotions will become "FLUX", a representational collective for both
new and established performing artists. Its primary focus will be developing
and promoting new djs and multimedia artists through all performance mediums
including music and video.

~ FOUND8TION PRESENTS: "TANGENT: JUST SLIGHTLY OFF THE BEAT'N PATH"

Foundation Entertainment, announces the launch of Tangent, an entirely new
house weekly on Wednesday nights, starting April 25, 2001.

Tangent, the first event under the new founD8tion umbrella, will be housed
at the Martini Lounge which has just undergone a complete renovation in
preparation for the new night. The new Martini Lounge features an all new
look, an improved sound system and an impressive wall-to-wall video system
that will engulf you into the surrounding custom video imagery.

If the new look, feel and features aren't enough for you then our line-up
will blow your mind. We begin the first few weeks off with David Alvarado,
Terry Mullin, Tony (from The Gathering), Kenneth Graham and Eddie Flashin
Foulkes, but that's just the beginning. We'll be bringing some of the
industries top names as well as some up-and-coming talent that we're
extremely excited about. Our residents include Zach Rieken, Henry Self and
Stace Baal.

If that still isn't enough, we've acquired an 18 and up license. So, if you
haven't been able to see some of your favorite names at other popular clubs
because you don't make the age cut, this is your chance.
