Hey Dynagroovers,

A friend of mine has been having a very intimate House Event on Sundays @ The
Mix in Santa Monica. Unfortunatley the venue owners have decided not to allow
US(the dance community) to continue to do what we LOVE in their facilities.

Basically...not enough drink sales,AGAIN! Personally I think it's bullshit
considering everyone always pays a cover charge.

This kind of thing is happening all over L.A,
Maybe it's a sign that we should keep our scene in the underground. We should
all do something about that and stick together. It shouldn't matter where the
venue is as long as the Music & the Vibe are there...AND the FREEDOM!
Unfortunatley we live in a Money Hungry society that needs more and more money.
Enough said.
 
This Sunday CHURCH will have its doors open to the House Community for the last
time. 
PLEASE come and support this Sunday from 8pm-Midnite @ The Mix in Santa Monica.

 This will be the last Sunday for Church @ the Mix.
 
For those of you who have come out,you know that we are truly a dancing      
crowd, not a typical drinking crowd.
This has become an issue for the bar and I don’t feel the need to make it
ours.  Our purpose is to raise spirits, not to sell spirits.  From what I
hear, this is an all too common problem with nightclubs as dance venues.
 
 We can all really look forward to having our own venue/church/community
 center.
 But for now, we’re working up a sweet send-off celebration.
 
 No fancy flyers, just some good ol’ gettin’ down and kickin’ it out.
 If you haven’t yet been to Church, come by and see what we’re about…Enjoy
 some real fun…Meet some real people.
 If you have, come get your groove on, one last time at the Mix and let’s
 show ‘em what it’s really about.
 
 As we say farewell to the Mix nightclub and look forward to our future…
 As we celebrate life transformation and evolution for a higher purpose…
