[Dynagroove] special thank you and goodbye for a bit

hi everyone.  i've been wanting to write a special message to the list for a while now, and with the holidays and the end of the year and all, i figured it was a good time.  first, i wanted to say how thankful i am for this forum.  i like it because it's local, it's pretty informative and there is minimal drama.  i've only been on it for a few months, but i've met a lot of you and am thankful to consider you friends.  i know that i post in a pretty open manner, and sometimes that can be too much for some people.  i feel really comfortable writing this way because i feel like most househeads are open-minded, accepting, and overall pretty friendly.  (and it's also really easy to delete posts that you know don't concern you or that you know will annoy you.)

over the past few weeks i've been out at various clubs and almost every time i've had a moment where i get 'that feeling.'  you know what i'm talking about?  it's the reason i love this music.  the feeling makes me feel connected to others that i might not even know.  i think if i know house, and you know house, then we can have a certain level of knowing each other because i think we all have had that feeling.  i hope that makes sense.  why do we feel like this when we hear house?  i believe it is because the base of it is the beat, and humans have been making beats for as long as we've existed.
