If you are using a Mac you I believe you can use MediaCleaner Pro or 
Cleaner EZ.  I use the first one to convert my mixes to real audio 
format so you can probably go the other way too.  I believe they also 
make a PC version. Check at http://www.discreet.com/products/cleaner/
