This is actually a rather simple solution to your problem but it works in 
most the cases:

If you have a full-duplex soundcard (one that can play and record at the 
same time; anything newer than a soundblaster 16) then you can play the 
real audio file with real player while you record it into sound forge or 
your favorite wav editor. To accomplish this, go to your mixer settings 
(double click the little speaker on the bottom right) and then choose 
options, properties, click on recording, hit OK, then select Wav as your 
recording input. Start recording in Sound forge, and then hit play on real 
player. It's crude, it's slow, but it works.

Real Server is a very secure way to distribute your digital music without 
fearing that people will rip your mixes, but this effectively circumvents 
that protection :)

PS I'm assuming you have a PC. If you have a MAC, the above instructions 
are probably totally useless.
