We've got non-stop action lined up for you at Soul-Titanium.  Our
next Special Guests are the founders of LA's ClubSoda, Chelsea &
Charlie Brown.  They'll be cruising on down to ST along with Matthew
Cooper to drop some dope vibes for your listening pleasure.  Here's a
little info on the dynamic duo:

A native Californian, with her musical background in the performing
arts, Chelsea started going out to underground parties in Los Angeles
in 1994.  In 1996 she was addicted to the music and her best friend
Charlie Brown showed her how to work the decks they had bought just
for fun.  Less than six months later she found herself mixing parties
in LA and also landed a gig in Toronto, Canada for an event with
Micro and John Debo.

She spent the next years coming up really fast as a talented
progressive trance DJ.  Chelsea soon found herself playing all over
the country with DJs Sandra Collins, Christopher Lawrence, Taylor,
Doran, and Mark Lewis, to name a few.  With the creation of Clubsoda
in 1998, Chelsea and her partner Charlie Brown exposed themselves as
DJs and promoters while illuminating the highly talented DJs in LA to
the positive Clubsoda family.  Chelsea continued working in the
studio as a vocalist and producer (under the name of Jayne Bond)
while carrying out the responsibilities of DJing.  Busy woman that
she is, she never forgets her roots, constantly communicating with
friends and supporters who have helped her get where she is today. 
With her never-give-up attitude, Chelsea has withstood the tests of
time. Seven years of DJ and vocal work has shaped this five foot tall
bombshell, into a larger than life character. 

Teaching us a thing or two in life and behind the turntables while
igniting us with renewed passion is DJ Charlie Brown.  Charlie got
his start nine years ago, dubbed "L.A.'s Best Kept Secret", "Amadeus
at the Turntables", and "Rave Dad" as he continues to rock audiences
all across the country.  Charlie's first contribution to the scene
was his own production, Mona Lisa. An Orange County underground
trance club back in 1993, he showcased now famous DJs such as Taylor,
Sandra Collins, Browne, Guy Oldhams from Manchester, and a host of
talent from Ministry of Sound, London.

In 1997 Charlie teamed with Chelsea to start ClubSoda, which gained a
reputation for a great place to go for a good-vibe intimate trance
party.  ClubSoda continues to be a good vibe staple in the Los
Angeles community throwing events every month or so.

Charlie dedicates the majority of his free time to practicing and
presently Charlie's notoriety is gaining headway as he performs
weekly.  Charlie's style of spinning is unique, blending many styles
of NuEnergy, Trance, and Progressive House.  He is a storyteller,
most noted for his powerful mixes, and has played with some of the
best including Taylor, Christopher Lawrence, Doran, and other great
talents.

And like always, this party is FREE!  Chelsea & Charlie Brown
graciously offered to come down and play for free at Soul-Titanium so
it would be nice if you could all come out to party on down.  It's
not often that you'll get to see Chelsea & Charlie Brown for free, so
let's all show our support!

It is in the mission of the Soul-Titanium Collective to help out the
community and the owner of the venue has agreed to take 20% of the
bar and donate it to a charity of the special guests' choice!  The
only requirement is that the bar makes a minimum of $1000 so that
they can cover their costs.  They already provide decks, mixer,
sound, security and a venue for free so I think that's more than
fair.  If we make that mark, that would mean at least $200 goes
towards a charity.  So say "Cheers!" and drink to a good cause!
