[Dynagroove] Here We Go Again...

yet again, the person I found to move into our house in Hollywood can’t move 
in.  this time the guy has to move out of state for a job that just came up. 
  a bummer, too, because this guy was pretty cool and it was going to work 
out perfectly.  it’s a strange world we live in…

he has already paid the rent for march, but we still don’t have a permanent 
roommate.  we need to find someone to move in ASAP.  april 1st is really 
what we need, but the room is vacant, so if someone wanted to move in before 
that, you’d have free rent until the end of march.  april 15th could work 
too, if perhaps you can’t get out of your lease by the end of march.

anyway – we live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house centrally located 
(Fairfax/La Brea & Sunset/Santa Monica area) in Hollywood.  it’s a big 
place, 2 stories, has a small yard in the front and a big patio in the back 
with a BBQ.  our neighbors are super-cool and the landlord is pretty mellow. 
  we have a driveway with two spots, and parking on the street is really 
easy in the area (no permit BS).  we are also on rent control, which is a 
major plus, and actually accrue interest on our security deposit.

the available room rents for $750/month.  it has it’s own bathroom, and a 
parking spot in the driveway is included.  security deposit would also be 
$750, but you could pay that over a couple of months if that helps.  we pay 
about $100 each per month for the sum of all of our bills (gas, electricity, 
cable and telephone).  water and trash are paid for by the landlord.
