For those into Detroit Techno, I heard that Kenny Larkin started a monthly 
night here in LA every second Wed. at Mix nightclub. Here's the flyer 
http://63.105.27.154/kennyFlyer1.jpg. Unfortunately I didn't hear about it 
until after the first one, but if anyone managed to go, I'd like to hear 
what they thought of it. It's surprising how many Detroit techno 
artists/djs live in LA and rarely play out here: Juan Atkins, Kenny Larkin, 
Eddie Fowkes, Fanon Flowers
