this just might come out pretty long... but i figured i'd share some =
thoughts just because audri likes it when people share & open up. :P
Anyways, I'm not trying to re-hash the whole 'support' topic but i'm =
postive that we all had lives b4 we came to appreciate the FEELING that =
is HOUSE & we will continue to have them as we continue in our journey =
that is life. For me, House is a PART of me that will always be there. =
The joy of dancing w/fellow heads, the boomty boomp, the dirty =
warehouses, late hours, talented djs, shopping for vinyl, learning to =
beat match & so many things that just cant be put into words. But, like =
i said, house is just a PART of who i am. It is not the whole. There =
is so much more that i would like to think that makes up who i am. One =
thing would be, believe it or not alcohol. Now i like to get tipsy now =
& again, but it is sooo much more than that. There are people out there =
that have put countless years in the study of distillation & brewing to =
create libations that will excite your senses. good times... :)
Another avenue, would be the woman that i am in love with. I spend =
countless hours... apologizing for being an ass. Or maybe we just want =
to make it a blockbuster night & enjoy each others company. Then theres =
my impreza wrx, i wuv it, i wuv it, i wuv it! Some nights i decide a =
drive through the canyons by myself or maybe with ~10 other car =
enthusiasts is just what the doc ordered. (& no im not a street racer, =
DO NOT make any references that i am fast or furious)
So basically for me everything has it's time & i couldnt be more happy =
to know the feeling of house. Becuase of it i've had the chance to meet =
many of you on this list & countless other across the country & even =
some internationally. In closing, id just like to encourage everyone to =
do whatever it is that will make you happy who you are. No one on their =
death bed ever said "I'm glad i never used the NICE towels or drank that =
expensive bottle of wine."
