Wasn't quite sure what Uli meant, but I interpreted it as not understanding why the turnout was slow for a big DJ who flew all the way out for the party. That's LA for ya.

As for the midwest, I have to agree with you Amy. I had a gig outside of Minneapolis this weekend, so I got my first ever taste of the midwest scene. I was so impressed with the entire night. Great turnout, diverse DJ line-up, and everyone supporting and dancing and up for it. I'll go back to play again in a second.
