ok i need help identifying a track-- there's a female vocal: 
    "time keeps on movin, into the future. Can't you feel what's really goin' 
on, i got my strength and my rulers.  People keep on wantin' things, and 
create confusion.  But boy I can't give up, my love for the people."
   
 I've heard this track on the Doc Martin "I SPY" cd, and also on a Tropical 
Mark E. Quark live in Mexico (disc 2 i believe).  Any help would be much 
appreciated this track is sick!
