hey buddies,

as i drove to work this morning, listening to a really great cd by one
sharon buck of san francisco...feeling the coffee seep into my soul and
thinking of the day ahead of me, behind the desk, tapping the keys, slingin
t1's to the bandwidth challenged...it dawned on me...

parties are more fun than my job.

i dont walk into a party stressing about how long i gotta dance, or how many
drinks i can consume until the morning, or if i have to stay overtime or
anything like that...no counterproductive meetings full of dry jokes and
doodles of my boss in various life threatening situations in the top corner
of my goldenrod legal pad...nope.

just a crowded room full of the people i love and the music i live for and
eight solid hours of soul enriching experiences that are worth far more than
any paycheck...and i leave feeling as though my efforts were worthwhile,
i've put some good into the world and instead of work, i was workin' it and
yeah...

that was my morning pondering.

so i have to say that today was the day that the excitement for GRAVITY set
in...holy mother of all things hot pink, we are going to rock that joint til
the breakaday.
