[Dynagroove] promoters/promotion

When i was doing Twister,  I would let promoters promote
for events on the same night... Granted, Twister was on a Monday,  but 
still.
I don't think it matters. People are going to see the talent they want 
to see
no matter where it is. An open promotion policy only makes the scene 
healthier
I think.
