I agree with what everyone is saying, that it's unlawful to sell 
unlicensed tracks. However, did you guys catch the fact that he's being 
hit with Racketeering charges? They're basically going to charge him 
with organized crime. That's right so this guy is apparently just as 
guilty as the mob. For selling mixtapes. Isn't that out of context? 
Isn't it also excessive for some unlicensed tracks?
