[Dynagroove] Breaking into cars

I know times are tough and the places we go downtown are a chance, but it
seems to me the break ins in the past 4 months have been at parties that are
directly related and I believe it may be someone we all know. Lets all try and
keep a look out for each others cars and pay attention and see if we cannot
put on end to this. It could be all unrelated but just in case keep your eyes
and ears open.
