Using the credit card for online gambling is unacceptable.... I agree..
But do not know anything more about this.

However as an investor one should know they run a risk of loosing money.
When you invest in a business, company, or promotion you are in fact
investing and run the same risk the promoter does at making or loosing
money. If you want to demand your money back I suggest you draw up a
contract and give the promoter a "loan." because I see a HUGE difference in
investing and loaning. I have invested in a party and lost money. I have
also loaned money to a promoter and after they lost their money i still
collected on my loan.

I also believe the promoters first priority is to pay the venue, security,
sound, & talent before the investor is to be paid.

Mike Voss has in fact payed the greenskeeprs. i confirmed this today. I do
not know about the other talent but i can only assume they have been payed
as well. It could be a matter of time before he pays the investor back or
maybe he has no plans on paying the investor back. Mike has proven to be
the type of guy whom pays when he says he is going to pay. If he has told
the investor he will pay them back then I would think in time she willget
payed back.

Mike has not payed me. But i would never ask a promoter to pay me if the
event lost money. As a DJ who promotes and also has a full time job I do
not think it is neccisarry to pay me unless of course the event made
money. Only professional DJs HAVE TO GET PAYED. So all you little bitchy
local DJs who think your a diva and should get payed $200 full pulling no
one and putting 5 people on the guest list.. Get over yorselves. Support
the scene. Give where you can and stop taking all you can. Sorry had to
rant there...

I see Mike Voss as a stand up guy who seems to be taking responcibilty. I
do not know the details between the investor and promoter but I do not see
mike shrugging his responcibilities.

Mike I am happy to play for you anytime...
