[Dynagroove] Warning, do not work with this shady promoter!!!!

I agree and disagree with lots of this.

A contract is only as good as the person who signs it. So I would 
suggest any DJs playing for new promoters at a spot that may be an 
inconvenience for them to get at least the bulk of the gig paid for if 
it's a small dollar gig or a 50% deposit paid for. Also are you really 
gonna sue somebody 2 hours away (you gotta go to that courthouse) for a 
few hundred dollars? Too much of a pain in the ass.

If a party turnout is low and the promoter can't afford to pay the 
DJs...then it should come out of their pocket and they take a loss on 
the event. I know plenty of promoters (including myself) that have taken 
large losses on event and some smaller ones, but i have never shorted a 
DJ money that was promised to them.

Thank you for giving all of us the heads up. Too many times things like 
this just get swept under the rug because people don't want to speak out.
