First off, sorry for the lame way the info came through the e-mail. I just
don't seem to get how narrow most e-mail receiving pages are.
Secondly, to save Mark a few seconds, I can tell you that none of the
International publications on my list were pirated, even the traced Turkish
Groos. However, Sergio told me he never got paid for the one French book.
