Off the top of my head, Destroyer Duck #1 came out in February of 1982 and
Pacific Groo #1 came out in November, 1982. So 20 years is not that far
off. Of course, the first published drawing of Groo came out in May, 1977
on the cover of SCENE Magazine, the publication of the California School of
Journalism. -Gary G.
