[Groop]Magnet Central, & the $2 hold-up

My bank doesn't charge for me to deposit International Money Orders. If 
they're not made in CDN$, they just do the 'standard' currency 
exchange.  Anything other than an IMO, I get dinged some way or another.

I admit to sending cash.  I know it is a gamble, but since my bank 
charges me $5 to draft a US$ IMO, and most of my purchases are under 
$25, if I lose $25 cash once out of six times, I break even anyhow.  So 
far, I've never had any cash go 'missing'.

And of course, now Paypal accepts Canadian transactions....
