It was I in the orange shirt (a few minutes late even). I was really
tempted by the Adam West panel, but had a "higher calling". I also saw Paul
W. at the door yesterday (I was wearing the Groo shirt with the two sides -
Groo victorious over a dead lizard-type man on one side and a whole bunch
more on the back behind him). Gary can't say enough about how nice he and
Stan are either. The panel was very interesting as well as informative, as
Mr. E stated. Now that I've been to one, I've got to go to more (especially
the CA one where the whole Groo crew generally shows up!). I know there's
one her in Minnesota, but I rarely hear about it anywhere.
Anyway, I could go on and on about the Babylon 5 people there or some of the
other celebrities, but I won't go O.T. at this time. If you can save the
money to go to one and meet Sergio, I would recommend it.

Saw Sergio and Stan's Groo talk today. Went really well. They booked the
Groo talk at the same time the Adam West talk was going on, yet a lot of
people still attended Sergio's talk. I saw at least one person with a Groop
shirt on, but did not get a chance to meet with you. Sergio said it best
today when he told us he has about 20,000 people who read his comics. All
20,000 are loyal to him, so he knows he has the liberty to write whatever he
wants because at least those 20,000 people will buy his comics. How many
creators are there in this day and age who can make that kind of statement?
I learned more in 1 hour from him than I did in half a semester in college.
