I apologize if someone else has answered this already. I think I'm getting
things a little delayed today.

from
> the more recent Image poster? I think Image just re-printed it.

The Marvel groo poster from 1987 is the only mass market Groo poster
produced. It's 23"x34" and has over 170 characters on it. It's a Sergio
masterpiece. The Image poster (11" x 17") was a promo with Groo & Rufferto
and Sergio versions of the Image crowd at the time, such as The Maxx. The
caption is "There Goes the Neighborhood" I don't know anything about them
reprinting it and if Mark doesn't, then I'm sure it hasn't happened.

> 2. Anyone know where I can get my paws on the Refrigerator magnets? I've
> been checking Ebay with no luck.

If you had asked me last week I could have picked you up a set at the con.
Sergio is still selling them for $10. Maybe you can get one of the folks
going to Mid-Ohio con to buy them for you. Sergio will probably have some
there.

> 3. I saw Sergio at a convention with a Sergio lapel pin, which he would
not

scan
> of one I can add to my wish file?

As I recall, he had them made for him. I think there are two slightly
different ones. You apparently saw him after he had given away all those he
wanted to give away.

> 3a. I read something once (long ago) about Magnor miniatures. Was that
just
> a rumor, or were they produced? Any Information on them anyone?

Mark can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there were any Magnor
minis. Unless they came out in Europe or something.

> 3b. Any chance of more Magnor comics? (Please! Please!! Please!!!)

Mark said at the Groo panel that more Magnor will hopefully be coming within
the next year or so. Also a tradepaper back of the first 6 from 1993.

> 3c. What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

It depends on what I'm swallowing.

> 4. (OK 4 questions) I have seen Groo Game promo cards on Ebay. Do these
> vary in any way from the normal (if you can use normal to describe a Groo
> item) game cards? What are the differences, and/or rarity?

No. They are just random cards from either the regular game set or the
expansion set. I have never heard of any one Groo game card being rare or
valuable or anything like that compared to another. They are not like magic
cards. Plus, the game is so random and crazy and goofy, that adding a card
or two that you picked up as a promo doesn't mess up the game.

> 4a. Whats this Marvel age I keep seeing on Ebay for $99.00 opening bid
that
> never sells? I don't have an item number, but I know someone has seen it.

> So far it looks like anyone who pays that much for a $2.00 comic should be

> forced to read Todd McFarlane comics, as punishment.

He's dumber than Groo. He's put it up several times and has paid more in
ebay fees than the comic usually sells for. I've seen it in quarter bins
all the way up to a whopping $2.50 (in the hope that a Groo fan comes
looking)
