I heard about it last night on the news... it was between muslim and
christians... it started after one newspaper/magazine published an
article saying that prophet muhammad would take the miss world winner as
his wife.. (Miss world competation will be held in Nigeria this year)
and for muslims this is an insult thus the riot started as they felt
that they had been insulted by christians...

This is an example where religious issues is a very sensitive one and
thus we need an understanding and respect among religions so that such
riot won't occur..
