This is some of my suggestion...

maybe we can print it identical (those who had already confirm can have
their particulars printed with the card.).  Late comers, can have their
particulars to be typed later on the card (maybe using type writer).
I think we should include the country for international /city for US
Groop members too.  When we showed this card to Groo crew, they will
know where we are from...
