In an effort to do as little actual work as I can get away with, I was 
perusing the latest Office Depot catalog for items for my new office (hooray!  my 
boss is actually discussing putting in walls!), and I think I may have seen 
something very similar to what you are looking for.  Check out the Deflect-O 
Revolving Floor Rack, 16 Pocket, 4-sided revolving literature holder, item # 
603-982-488 on page 729 of the latest Office Depot Big Book.

Should you not have access to the hefty office supply catalogs, you can see 
it by going to <A HREF="www.officedepot.com">www.officedepot.com</A> and doing a search for "floor rack."

The bad news is that it is $395 on sale.
