When I was in college, majoring in sociology (my third of four majors), I 
worked at a Riders in the Sky performance.  During the Q&A, someone asked why the 
members of the troupe were working in music when they had advanced degrees in 
decidely non-performance-related fields.  Too Slim answered "Ever tried 
getting a job in Plasma Physics?"
